Frequently asked questions
Are there larger sizes available?
Yes! We can print up to 36"x48" for poster prints, and up to 30"x40" for canvas prints.
Can the print be rotated?
Yes! When making the prints we orient them as they lay naturally, with north being at the top of the print. However, sometimes they fit better on your wall rotated. Let us know and we'd be happy to send you the rotated version instead!
How do the prints ship?
Included in the price of items is what we call “Standard Shipping”. This varies depending on the item, but here is the guideline we use:
- 11x14 print only: USPS First Class
- 11x14 print only (3 or more): USPS Priority
- 11x14 framed print: USPS Priority
- 16x20 print only: USPS Priority
- 16x20 framed print: FedEx Ground/Home Delivery
